TERMS AND CONDITIONS – HEARTLAND COURIER

By accessing or using Heartland Courier services or website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Heartland Courier provides a same-day and scheduled light courier service for small, legal items. Services include delivery of documents, letters, prescriptions, and other small parcels.

All items must be securely packaged in a sealed envelope, box, or appropriate protective wrapping suitable for transport. Heartland Courier does not accept loose items, unpackaged goods, waste materials, refuse, trash, or any unsanitary or non-commercial items.

All items must weigh no more than thirty (30) pounds and fit within approximately thirty (30) inches by thirty (30) inches in size. We do not transport oversized, overweight, or bulky items.

We do not transport groceries, furniture, or any items requiring refrigeration or special handling.

We do not transport illegal items, hazardous materials, firearms, ammunition, or any other prohibited or restricted goods under local, state, or federal law.

Heartland Courier reserves the right to refuse any delivery that appears unsafe, unlawful, improperly packaged, or outside service limitations.

Delivery times are estimates only. Same-day service depends on availability, distance, traffic conditions, weather, and order volume. Scheduled deliveries will be completed within the agreed delivery window when possible, but exact timing is not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information. Heartland Courier is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

All payments are processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Pricing, fees, and availability may vary and are disclosed at the time of order placement.

Refunds or adjustments may be issued on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances of the order.

Heartland Courier acts solely as a delivery service and is not responsible for the contents, condition, or preparation of items provided by third parties.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
